history of the company began in 1987. From the very outset, the scope
of our tasks basically involved construction of telecommunication networks
and pipe crossings beneath obstacles - still these are the leading activities
of our company. Despite the limited number of staff and our strategy
of relatively low turnover we have a strong position in the network
contracting market. We are committed to specialisation and innovation.
We are well known for implementing and upgrading techniques of cabling
by plowing. Taking an example from contractors of Lublin city communication
we had successfully began to build fibre optic lines before anybody
else started in other parts of Poland.
n the first half of the 90'
we became one of the forerunners of Polish equivalent to HDD techniques
(Horizontal Directional Drilling). No company operating in the country
had used these methods of installation before. These achievements of
us have been possible due to our qualified and experienced staff and
the extensive use of machinery. Also our organizational structure, which
stemmed from investment ideas focused on modern construction techniques,
has contributed to our success. Such events and assumptions have made
the TELBIAL's business go far beyond the telecommunication industry.
We co-operate with water supply, sewer, gas and power networks construction
companies on a regular basis.

Limited belongs to a group of companies, in which the second important
company is Telecommunication networks - TELBIAL.
This company has been
the base for forming the currently dominating business unit. Higher
value of assets and human potential of System - TELBIAL results from
its development strategy. In 1995, after seven years of company existence
we implemented some ambitious investment plans. Our plans were so serious
that we had expected weaknesses of the legal form of our parent company
- a partnership. In order to execute the investment in an efficient
manner we established a subsidiary limited liability company. Over the
time System -TELBIAL, which was stronger in terms of capital and organisation,
has became the representative of the group, which also encompasses two
recently acquired companies. At present the whole marketing and logistics,
including administration is consolidated in System -TELBIAL. In order
to increase the efficiency of our activities in trenchless technology
we have established the Horizontal Drilling Commissioning and Execution
Team. The team consists of both TELBIAL employees and other people.
With the assistance of this organisation we have managed to establish
co-operation with many engineering companies and developers dealing
with various areas of network construction.
